Works to this 28-storey residential tower
The tenanted Regency Hyde Park residential tower overlooks Sydney City’s Hyde Park. We were engaged to complete facade remediation and painting works.
The 28-storey tower consists of a tiered upper section facing Elizabeth Street. This required specialist access methodology to ensure correctly scaffolding.
Works required 2 B-Class hoardings to have both elevations and swing stages moving simultaneously. Weekly meetings with the engineer and building manager were crucial. The heritage facade works required specialist stonemasonry rectification and timber window remediation works facing Castlereagh street.
The project was delivered to the satisfaction of both clients and residents.
